The Constant Contact WordPress plug-in with its opt-in check-boxes is not putting users onto our Constant Contact list. Nothing happens.
Just off the phone with Taylor and a shared screen session and she said to post to the forum.
Great feature here -- but it isn't working.
Background:
This is Mark@Rauterkus.com, also webmaster-team@SwimISCA.com. 412-298-3432.
Constant Contact login is DougFonder@gmail.com
Sites where it is broken include:
Problem:
When a user logs into the site, the user is presented with the Constant Contact plug-in check box so that the user can also be subscribed to our Constant Contact email list. Well, it doesn't ever work at any of our sites. The log-in check box is a Constant Contact Plug-in. It works with WordPress and Constant Contact.
Our main forms works, but the opt-in check box does nothing.

I tried a number of emails. They all failed. The CRON bypass was set, so no delay. Not using a Redirect URL feature. Not putting more than one form on a page.
When a person logs in, the user should be directed to the WordPress site as a wordpress subscriber, and also at the same time, be made into a subscriber on Constant Contact, with the list 2020 web wp plugin.
A user-account with admin rights has been set up.

If you're able to log in to the WP admin, can you check to see if there's any sort of admin notice saying that there may be issues needing addressed? If yes, can you then visit our Settings section and the support tab, to enable a debugging checkbox?
This will reveal a hidden log area that we have that will hopefully have some API logging for potential logged issues with this part. It'll help use determine what may be going on.
Results:
The debug was turned on and then a new subscription was sent with a new email / registration. And, the log area stays empty.
Next attempt, turn off the other plug-in that does join logins with other sites.
