Clarity on what customers get after a sale with SendOwl needed
ISCA's Webmaster Asked Support at SendOwl:
As a seller, I'm getting THREE emails after every sale.
- Account (Merchant ID: 188353)
This email seemed to come to me, and it should be heading to the customer. Am I getting this by mistake?
Can you confirm that the buyer is also getting this email too????

If you have seller notification sent then we will send you up to two emails per sale:
https://www.sendowl.com/settings/notifications/edit
One is a copy of the order email and one is a copy of the receipt email.
As per the email you shared with us, the ones we send to you start with the following:

So you know that is for you (and not the buyer).
I hope that helps,
Cheers, Paul.

Second Email from ISCA to SendOwl
Just so you know, I'm getting three emails for every sale, not two. But, checking, the emails that come to me all begin with our NAME at the top.
Dear Doug, Good news, blah, blah, blah -- and then the customer info.
My original questions remains unanswered.
- Am I getting this (a third email) by mistake?
- Can you confirm that the buyer is also getting this email too????
Thanks for the swift reply.
